Product Condition Requirements
The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery (based on tracking information).
Non-Refundable Items:
Products damaged due to external factors or misuse (e.g., drops, water, extreme temperatures, improper operation)
Products without sufficient proof of purchase
Lost or stolen products
Non quality-related issues
Products outside the warranty period
Free gifts or promotional items
Products repaired or altered by third parties
Purchases from unauthorized resellers
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps
1. Contact Dockcase Support Team

Email our team at support@dockcase.com with the following details:

  • Order number/Proof of purchase
  • Photo or video of the item if it's faulty
  • Delivery address
  • Contact telephone number
2. Receive Authorization & Return Address
Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide a return authorization and the correct return address.
Please ship the item back within 7 calendar days of receiving authorization. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your request.
3. Ship the Product & Provide Tracking
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all accessories and documentation) to avoid damage during transit. After shipping, please email us with the valid tracking information within 7 days of receiving the return approval.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.) within 5 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item received, Dockcase will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect purchase), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Important Notes
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact Dockcase Support within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Approved defective items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, including reasonable return shipping costs.
Non-defective items will be refunded for the product price only, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Products returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee deduction.
For products purchased through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Kickstarter, or through Dockcase authorized distributors and retailers, please refer to their respective return policies.
Warranty Policy
All new Dockcase hardware products carry a One-year Limited Warranty from date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and quality issues within the warranty period.
If your product is defective within the warranty period, please contact support@dockcase.com with:
Order number and a valid proof of purchase
A clear description of the defect
Photo or video evidence showing the issue
After reviewing your case, if the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting and is confirmed to be a product defect, Dockcase will either repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution based on the warranty terms.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover product failures resulting from misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It also does not cover incidental damages. In addition, the warranty is void if the product has been opened, disassembled, or tampered with in any way when it is not intended to be user-serviceable. Dockcase does not provide warranty, service, or support for any third-party products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipment: If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact support@dockcase.com as soon as possible. Changes can be made for free if the order has not been shipped.
After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be modified or canceled. If needed, you can initiate a return under our 7-day return policy after receiving the item.
