Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content on the Services (text, graphics, logos, images, software, videos, trademarks, service marks - collectively, "Content") is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and Content solelyfor your personal, non-commercial use.

Restrictions: You may NOT:

Purchases & Payments

Product Information: We strive for accuracy but do not warrant product descriptions, prices, images, or availability are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders arising from them.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the product.

Pricing & Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders (e.g., suspected reseller activity, errors).

Software & App Licenses

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dockcase, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dockcase, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; (c) your User Content; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

By You: You may stop using our Services at any time.

By Us: We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services or your account for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.
